Duke Cannon Supply Co. is an entrepreneurial venture with a focus on premium men's grooming/lifestyle products and sold across a variety of sales channels.  With a mission to double our sales every year, we are looking to hire a select group of smart, creative, and fun people to help us crush it.

We are currently seeking applicants for the role of Innovation Project Manager.  This person will work closely with, and report to, the company's Co-Founder / VP of Innovation and Brand Experience.  In this role, the person will be integral to our development, production, and launch of the brand's innovation in the market.  This position is a multi-faceted role that requires a wildly talented and hard-working individual who can thrive in a fast-moving and dynamic environment.

Key Tasks and Requisite Skills:

  • Project Management Skills and Knowledge (~70%) The Innovation Project Manager will facilitate the commercialization process of new products and programs by creating project plans, communicating with key partners (e.g., manufacturers), and holding internal and external players accountable to executing flawlessly. The person must demonstrate strong ability to manage the art of vendor relationships and the science of Gannt charts.  Overall, the Innovation Project Manager will be responsible for executing the mission-critical steps of product launches and, ultimately, ensure our brand remains relevant for our retail customers and consumers.
  • Research and Analytics: (~20% of role) The Innovation Project Manager will gather and synthesize data to help inform key decisions. This goes beyond number crunching and reporting; he/she must connect dots and pull out key insights that have a meaningful impact.
  • Creative Support: (~10%) The Innovation Project Manager will be asked to provide initial copy-writing input to packaging, catalogs, etc., and source creative inspiration (e.g., vision boards, competitive analysis) that will inform design efforts.

  • A 4-year Bachelor's Degree with preference given to degrees in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or Operations. Please include GPA with resume.
  • At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in either consulting or project/program management at a medium to large sized business. This is a cross-functional role, so candidates from different fields will be evaluated.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset. The ideal candidate will have the passion to work in a rapidly-changing environment, has passion for our brand, and will be willing to roll up the sleeves to advance the brand's interests.

Salary and Benefits

Duke Cannon offers a competitive market salary.  Bonus eligibility starts after six months of employment.  Because of our rapid growth, bonus payouts have typically exceeded base expectations and compensation increases have far outpaced inflation.  Duke Cannon also offers health insurance, a generous HSA program, a monthly parking stipend, and regular happy hours in the office.
